Farmer's Breakfast

Preparation
Prepare the potatoes by peeling
and dicing them. The potatoes are then fried in oil until they are
crispy. Put the potatoes
aside. The bacon should be diced, placed in pan and fried until crisp.
The diced
onion is then then added
and sauted for about 5 minutes. Now the potatoes need to be added along
with
the peas. The eggs should
then be beat along with the milk and poured over the mixture in the pan.
Cook
until the eggs are done.
Season with pepper and salt as desired and serve. The portion should be
enough
for four.
